Product Manager (AEC)

TL;DR

Product Manager (SYNCHRO): Develop and execute product strategy for a top-tier 4D planning solution used by global construction firms with an accent on API strategy, platform interoperability, scalable data solutions, and integration of AI/ML technologies. Focus on defining technical direction, gathering user and market insights, managing roadmap and releases, and analyzing product performance.

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas (Office-Based or Hybrid). Occasional travel and time zone management as part of a global team. Ability to work from office or fully remote from home.

Salary: from 3600 EUR gross (before taxes, Lithuania), depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy aligning with market needs and company objectives.
• Define technical direction focusing on APIs, interoperability, scalable data, and AI/ML integration.
• Articulate value proposition, differentiate from competitors, and conduct customer and market research.
• Manage product lifecycle, roadmap, releases, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and developers.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering major products successfully.
• Technical education (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent, desirable from construction general contractor.
• Proactive problem-solver leading PM processes, brainstorming, strategic conversations, and influencing priorities across squads.
• Expert in user types, research tools, experimentation, and delivering high-impact presentations to all levels.
• Occasional travel and time zone management for global team.

• Deep understanding of AEC industry, construction planning workflows.
• Strong knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, digital twin technology, and construction modeling.
