What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria aligned with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Support, Tech) across multiple time zones.
• Drive accountability, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, processes, reporting, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and refine project management best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving mindset to anticipate and adapt to challenges.
