What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of iGaming projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with game providers, payment solution vendors, and internal stakeholders to align outcomes with business goals.
• Ensure project compliance with local and international gaming laws and current regulatory requirements.
• Track project performance against KPIs and provide regular visibility into status and risks for senior management.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall product strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, and Trello.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bitola, North Macedonia.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
