What you will do

• Define and steer medium- and long-term architectural strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead technological transformations and modernizations of critical systems for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Serve as technical authority, championing best practices and driving large-scale project execution.
• Partner with executives to translate business vision into technical solutions and tools.
• Mentor senior engineers, foster technical excellence, and promote AI tools for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
• Promote emerging technologies and benchmark industry trends.

Requirements

• Academic background in computer science, engineering, or software development.
• Hands-on experience in engineering roles with Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL, Python, asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of relational databases, OOP, web/mobile architecture, security, DDD, microservices.
• Design high-performance scalable distributed systems; experience with architectural roadmaps.
• AWS, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kafka, Java profiling, monitoring tools.
• Practical experience with AI frameworks; rapid learning in fast-paced environment.
• Practical familiarity with financial domains (lending, payments, credit, open finance, fraud, etc.) and compliance (KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, GDPR).

Nice to have

• Experience architecting loan-origination engines, payment platforms, fraud-detection pipelines, financial reporting systems.
