What you will do

• Drive the execution and continuous improvement of the QA test framework to align with project goals.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance test efficiency, coverage, and defect detection.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of internal and external QA professionals.
• Design and implement testing strategies across features, systems, and client-server interactions.
• Coordinate with external QA vendors and manage their performance and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Live Ops to enhance player experience and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.
• Strong advocacy for using AI to enhance QA workflows.
• Experience managing external vendors or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (Apple/Google) and the game development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
