What you will do

• Conduct internal research and contribute to Research Operations initiatives, translating findings into insights and workflow improvements.
• Support documentation for Design and UX Research processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Participate in Design Community of Practice activities.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and subject matter experts on daily design tasks.
• Observe research activities to learn specifics of infrastructure software products.

Requirements

• Location: Dublin 2, Ireland with hybrid flexibility (home, office, or hybrid)
• Great problem-solving skills; portfolio demonstrating this is a bonus.
• Basic familiarity with user research methods, tools, and techniques.
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Figma, Miro, TheyDo, and research repositories.
• Endless curiosity and eagerness to learn infrastructure problem domains.
• Undergraduate in HCI, UX Design, UX Research, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Psychology, Journalism, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with design sprints methodology.
• Contributions to personas and journey development.
