What you will do

• Oversee and assist with posting engaging social media content across platforms
• Curate and create shareable content tailored to specific social networks
• Apply best practices for social listening, tagging, reporting, UTM linking, and custom audience development
• Collaborate with hirify.global Content team to support overall goals
• Work on project-based tasks with portfolio potential under dedicated mentor guidance

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and engagement maximization
• Strong project time management, prioritization, and deadline meeting in dynamic environment
• Experience with social media tooling and analytics like Hootsuite or Sprout
• Minimum availability 20-25 hrs/week from May through August
• Must be based in Austin, TX for hybrid work

• Graphic design, photography, and video production/editing skills
