Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, sometimes unsupervised.
