Product Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Execute the Banking Go to Market Strategy including New Product Introductions
• Work closely with the region to understand country requirements and feed back to Product Management and Engineering
• Provide key region input including SWOT, market predictions, and risks to five-year and annual plans
• Support the Sales region in realizing the strategy utilizing the Strategy to Win process
• Assess plans, forecasts, and other inputs and make business prioritization recommendations

Requirements

• Location: Dundee (hybrid)
• B.A. degree in relevant field
• Strong leadership and people skills to motivate and direct cross-functional teams from sales, engineering, customer services, operations, and product marketing
• High energy level, good organization, and multi-tasking skills for short, medium, and long-term objectives
• Strong analytical skills
• Business P&L and decision modelling proficiency
• Confidence, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with sales management, senior management, key customers, and partners
• Financial industry or business background
