What you will do
- Understand business, functional, and technical requirements to test products and processes.
- Pair with team members to influence solution development and delivery for optimal customer outcomes.
- Execute manual and automated tests across UI, APIs, back office workflows, 3rd party integrations, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Raise detailed bugs, support UAT, production releases, and contribute to research projects and POCs.
- Implement test automation strategies alongside Technical Leads from project inception.
- Apply Agile practices to protect customers and meet regulatory requirements like consumer duty.
Requirements
- Full understanding of testing lifecycle, methodologies, and automation concepts.
- Experience testing Web APIs, exploratory testing in Agile, and developing/extending test frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of Playwright, JavaScript, TypeScript, TDD, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, AWS CodePipeline.
- Technical grasp of processes under test and ability to collaborate with developers.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Agile/SCRUM/SAFe experience.
- E-commerce or financial services background.
