Salary: Starting at EUR 70.000, gross p.a. excluding overtime, market-compliant overpayment based on experience.

What you will do

• Own and coordinate the Retail AI roadmap across RBI Group, aligning with Acquire-Engage-Monetize strategy.
• Shape AI operating model for Retail, balancing innovation, scalability, reuse, and compliance.
• Identify patterns and blueprints for AI use cases to enable faster scaling and synergies.
• Coordinate with network banks, Retail Strategy, Data & AI Delivery, CIO, and AI CoE on standards.
• Monitor AI trends, ensure regulatory compliance like EU AI Act, and drive adoption.
• Build AI literacy across leadership and standardize AI Ops with technology leaders.

Requirements

• Fluent English required, German advantage.
• Proven experience in strategy, transformation, or product roles at business-technology intersection (3+ years), ideally financial services.
• Strong understanding of AI, agentic systems, data management, API connectivity.
• Knowledge of Retail banking business (products, segments, channels, trends).
• Ability to structure problems, define roadmaps, align stakeholders; strategic mindset with execution focus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• AI governance knowledge (EU AI Act, model risk, data privacy).
• Practical GenAI experience (LangChain, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Software foundations: APIs, microservices, containers.
