Product Manager (Medtech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS/Medtech): Shaping the product platform for medical device compliance with an accent on automating documentation and quality processes. Focus on translating complex technical requirements into actionable deliverables and coordinating cross-functional releases.

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria or Remote within the EU. Must be an EU citizen; non-EU citizens are not supported.

Salary: Starting at €90,000 + equity options

What you will do

• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Shape and maintain the product roadmap, aligning features with customer needs and business goals.
• Translate stakeholder and customer input into actionable, high-impact user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Client Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Lead efficient release processes and define success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Travel occasionally (6-8 times per year) to collaborate with global teams and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or able to relocate to Vienna, Austria.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit is required.
• 5+ years of industry experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in product management.
• Academic background/degree in computer science or engineering.
• Proven ability to define user stories, create wireframes, and establish acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Background in regulated industries or Quality Management.
• Experience with the Jira / Atlassian toolchain.
