AI Product Manager

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid model with office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and work-from-home option on Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates should be based in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Non-EU citizens cannot be supported for this position.

Salary: Starting at €90,000 gross annually for candidates in Austria with more than five years of relevant experience, plus performance-based bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through release and maintain the product roadmap.
• Translate customer, stakeholder, and internal feedback into product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Break complex initiatives into clear, estimable deliverables for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Client Operations, and Marketing on product development and launches.
• Support documentation, design controls, release notes, launch materials, and go-to-market timelines.
• Manage release processes, prioritize change requests, monitor timelines, and track product success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in SaaS software, including at least 3 years in product management.
• Background in computer science and/or engineering with an understanding of software engineering.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate solutions clearly.
• Strong experience defining software product features, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• EU citizenship or work authorization is required; non-EU citizens cannot be supported.

• Experience with the Jira or Atlassian toolchain.
