Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

TL;DR

Infrastructure Engineer (AWS/Terraform): Building and evolving internal software, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure with an accent on agentic AI integration and infrastructure-as-code. Focus on developing MCP servers, improving security standards, and optimizing delivery flows for a global engineering organization.

Location: Remote (Ukraine)

What you will do

• Implement and evolve AWS infrastructure, Terraform modules, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain internal software, infrastructure tooling, and security tools.
• Build MCP servers and agent skills to safely integrate AI agents into engineering workflows.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of emerging agentic AI tools and other engineering utilities.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Architecture teams and participate in on-call shifts.
• Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities across OS, web, and application layers.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript; fluency in Go, Python, or Java is a plus.
• Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes or ECS.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS), and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins preferred) and observability stacks like OpenSearch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Understanding of security basics, cryptography, and secret management using Vault.
• Must be based in Ukraine and have intermediate written English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Deep Jenkins expertise, including shared libraries and configuration-as-code.
• Experience building custom Terraform providers.
• Practical experience with specialized cloud security tools and services.
