What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
• Contribute to the creation of new systems and the optimization of existing ones to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of tasks.
• Participate in the architecture of backend services and the development of complex systems using modern technologies.
• Take real ownership of key features and drive direct impact in production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering using Go.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within GMT+0 to GMT+5 time zones.
• Strong understanding of the tech stack (AWS, EKS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis).
• Proven ability to write high-quality tests and a responsible approach to code quality.
• Genuine interest in AI pipelines and active use of mainstream AI tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other programming languages to complement Go experience.
