What you will do

• Coordinate projects from inception to completion across creative, programming, production, and marketing teams.
• Perform high-accuracy translation and interpretation between Korean and English for briefs, feedback, and documentation.
• Design and adjust project schedules, tracking risks and opportunities to ensure timely execution.
• Manage communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Direct Quality Assurance processes and oversee team performance reviews.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for upper management to showcase project value and status.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position within the gaming or animation industry.
• Proficiency in Korean with TOPIK-II or higher.
• Strong understanding of production methodologies for linear, design, social, print, and digital production.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of translation work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
