What you will do
- Coordinate procurement of packaging materials and drug products for Clinical Trial Materials.
- Manage MRP actions from purchase order or stock transfer creation through batch disposition.
- Oversee order fulfillment activities, including documentation, delivery schedules, and priorities.
- Perform inventory management, including the disposition of expired materials.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve purchasing or operational issues.
- Generate KPIs and metrics to improve productivity, compliance, and data accuracy.
Requirements
- B.S. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a GMP environment.
- Proven experience in managing inventory or complex supply chains.
- Strong organization, self-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Must be based in Mont Saint-Guibert, Belgium.
- English: Fluent proficiency required for communication in multi-cultural settings.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of clinical research and study processes.
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
