TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers to drive measurable outcomes in supply chain analytics with an accent on value-driven engagement and account growth. Focus on translating customer needs into actionable objectives and influencing the product roadmap based on user feedback.

Location: Hybrid based in Vancouver, BC (3+ days/week in office). Remote employees will not be considered.

Salary: $109,250 - $155,250 per year

What you will do

  • Manage 10–20 Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from day-to-day users to VP-level leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Drive expansion opportunities through a consultative approach in partnership with Sales and Executive teams.
  • Translate customer feedback and obstacles into actionable, engineering-friendly development requests.
  • Conduct business value reviews to ensure retention and grow the book of business.
  • Partner cross-functionally on product and marketing initiatives to drive company scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or related analytical client-facing fields.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a superior academic record in a quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated senior selling skills within consultative projects.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and functional managers.
  • Must be based in Vancouver, BC to satisfy the hybrid office requirement.
  • Ownership mindset with a high degree of initiative, energy, and urgency.
