Salary: $117,200 - $143,200

What you will do

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define success metrics and translate business needs into analytical approaches.
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning to develop solutions that address business challenges and influence decision-making.
• Lead experimentation and optimization by managing A/B testing and campaign experimentation frameworks across various channels.
• Quantify and communicate insights (ROI, engagement lift) to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology and Engineering teams to transition validated models into scalable production pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or analytics with a strong focus on business-facing problem solving.
• Proven experience building ML models and designing experiments (A/B testing) in real-world business contexts.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and large-scale data processing tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.
