What you will do

• Design and architect resilient, event-driven architectures and scalable microservices.
• Develop and optimize full real-time data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Lead architectural discussions and own features from initial design through to production.
• Champion and leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate development and team productivity.
• Mentor teammates on advanced system design, architectural patterns, and AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on .NET Core/C#.
• Hands-on experience designing distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and scalable microservices.
• Experience working in cloud environments, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on experience with high-scale databases such as ClickHouse, MySQL, and Redis.
• Practical experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) as part of daily development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced data visualization or real-time monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Databricks).
