What you will do

• Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails.
• Resolve complex technical inquiries and gather detailed diagnostic data for troubleshooting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers and other IT departments to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Securely handle sensitive customer information following strict security protocols.

Requirements

• English: C1 level (spoken and written) required.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong networking expertise including IPsec tunnels, DNS, packet tracing, and firewall concepts.
• Solid understanding of VPNs, routing, split tunneling, and WireGuard connector-based tunnels.
• Proficiency in working across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Ability to read and analyze log files for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with IdP/SSO solutions such as Google Workspace or Azure AD.
