What you will do

• Review fraud and AML financial crime monitoring cases to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Assess investigator decisions and adherence to established procedures.
• Identify quality gaps across fraud and AML workflows to drive standardization and operational excellence.
• Provide structured feedback and actionable insights to enhance training and end-to-end process quality.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Criminology, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in AML, fraud operations, or combined financial crime functions.
• 1–3 years of experience performing quality control reviews or peer assessments.
• Solid understanding of AML regulatory expectations and fraud prevention frameworks (e.g., FATF).
• Knowledge of fraud typologies such as account takeover and synthetic identity.
• Must be based in New York

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CFE.
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems or AML case management platforms.
• Exposure to quality calibration sessions or control review processes.
• Interest in supporting peer development through coaching or training.
