People Business Partner

What you will do

• Provide strategic coaching to sales leaders to enhance team effectiveness and leadership capabilities.
• Act as data-driven advisor, using people analytics to inform talent, performance, and engagement decisions.
• Lead talent development, career paths, employee engagement, and compensation initiatives for sales teams.
• Drive organizational design including succession planning and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations as primary point of contact and lead special People & Culture projects.
• Partner with Talent Partners on resourcing and support Head of People & Culture on sales initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years progressive HR experience as HR Generalist or People Business Partner in fast-paced SaaS company.
• Proven expertise supporting Sales organizations and their talent needs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale global HR projects driving organizational change.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills; in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
