What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system to ensure optimal uptime.
• Create and maintain custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows tailored to business needs.
• Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption.
• Ensure data integrity by developing standard operating procedures for data entry and performing routine audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes through system enhancements.
• Develop custom reports and saved searches to maintain compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
• Must be residing in Mexico.
• Proven experience managing NetSuite modules including Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, OneWorld, Multi-book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Proficiency in data management using NetSuite CSV imports and exports.
• Ability to diagnose system issues, analyze error messages, and optimize system performance.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Administrator Certification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and its integration with NetSuite.
• Understanding of Avalara for sales tax integrations.
• Experience using middleware such as Boomi, Celigo, or Workato.
