What you will do

• Maintain automated and manual test setups, including both hardware and test software.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and procedures to verify product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test equipment and methodologies.
• Analyze test data and production yields to identify trends and root causes of failures.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design, development, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system specifications.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
• Must be eligible to obtain Canadian government security clearance.
• Must satisfy requirements to work on Canadian Controlled Goods projects.
• Must be available for a night shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in Python or LabVIEW for test automation.
• Proven experience in an electronic manufacturing environment, specifically defense or aerospace.
• Experience working in high-volume production environments.
• Proficiency with statistical tools for data analysis and visualization.
