What you will do

• Research emerging technologies, platforms, and tools relevant to open source intelligence (OSINT) operations.
• Lead evaluations of technical solutions to drive innovation and capability enhancement.
• Design and support pilot initiatives, testing, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to provide technical input for workflow development.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts within the unit.

Requirements

• DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft certifications.
• Experience leading research, testing, or technical evaluation projects.
• Familiarity with open source research methodologies.
• Experience working in mission-driven, operational environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365.
