What you will do

• Develop and execute test scripts for banking products to identify and resolve deficiencies.
• Investigate product quality and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Identify QA process bottlenecks and propose actionable improvement strategies.
• Define key quality KPIs and present detailed reports and metrics to Senior Management.
• Coordinate with UAT teams to maintain alignment during project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong coding skills using Java.
• Experience with software QA tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools, specifically Jenkins.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• Location: Available worldwide.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
