What you will do

• Design and deploy resilient, scalable cloud-native backend systems for cybersecurity platform services.
• Lead end-to-end software delivery from architecture and technical design through implementation and production support.
• Architect and optimize distributed microservices running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Mentor engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and drive engineering excellence through automation and modern SDLC processes.

Requirements

• Experience in backend engineering or distributed systems development within production-grade environments.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) for building high-performance backend services.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and gRPC-based communication.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing asynchronous messaging systems such as Google Pub/Sub or Kafka.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Ruby.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and UML modeling.
• Experience scaling microservice-based cybersecurity or SaaS platforms.
