Senior Fullstack Engineer, Platform (Node.js/React)

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland), minimum 2 days in office per week

What you will do

• Build and maintain modular, high-performance UI micro frontends that are easy to scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design backend systems and APIs supporting evolving business needs.
• Lead features and initiatives from ideation through delivery, working closely with Product.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by providing technical insights and feedback.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and establish frontend best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, C++, Java, or another OO language.
• Experience with major frontend frameworks and API design/development.
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar technical subject.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• English: Good communication skills required.
