What you will do

• Develop and execute regional B2B marketing strategies to drive sales growth and partnership strength.
• Manage targeted marketing campaigns, trade shows, seminars, and certification programs aligned with the Regional Business Plan.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team to implement promotions and professional media publications.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Localize marketing materials and tools based on regional market specificities and needs.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing policies within the distribution network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in growth-oriented environments.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful product or market launches.
• Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
