What you will do

• Develop existing partners and attract new potential partners to expand the business network.
• Drive sales growth and ensure the successful implementation of the sales plan.
• Promote products from the hirify.global portfolio and negotiate and conclude deals.
• Provide equipment for testing and offer expert consulting during pilot projects.
• Manage transactions, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and provide regular reporting.
• Collaborate with local office staff to align project objectives.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh languages.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Experience in the conclusion and performance of commercial contracts.
• Proven track record of direct participation in projects or sales worth at least $50,000.
