What you will do

• Act as the focal point for all MongoDB-related issues, including configuration and setup reviews.
• Maintain and support MongoDB databases in Atlas and on-premise environments.
• Support SQL Server and Postgres databases across on-premise and AWS infrastructure.
• Monitor system health and performance to minimize downtime and manage HA/DR.
• Plan for long-term scalability and architectural improvements.
• Implement changes, apply patches, and participate in the DBA on-call cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a MongoDB DBA (Infrastructure & applicative).
• 2+ years of experience as a Relational Database DBA (Infrastructure & applicative).
• 1+ years of experience with AWS.
• Advanced T-SQL database development experience.
• Expertise in data backup, recovery, security, and integrity.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as dbatools, RedGate SQL Toolbelt, or Coralogix.
