TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI): Embedding AI into end-to-end financial workflows using ESSA principles and Customer Data Platform with an accent on agentic AI integration and Conversational Finance. Focus on investigating finance processes, building and deploying ML models, automating workflows with Claude Cowork, N8N, and HALO platform.

Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.

Salary: €3000–€5000

What you will do

  • Investigate and analyze finance processes to understand business workflows.
  • Integrate Agentic AI with hirify.global products to elevate customer, supplier, and internal finance journeys.
  • Prioritize AI and data-driven automation opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and analytical solutions.
  • Automate workflows using Claude Cowork, N8N, and HALO platform.
  • Collaborate with AI Lead on strategies, integrate models with Developer, and share AI best practices.

Requirements

  • Finance background required.
  • Experience in Data Science or ML Engineer role.
  • Solid knowledge of Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL.
  • Experience deploying models to production.
  • Experience building agentic workflows in multiple platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands required.
