Solution Architect (Adherence): Shaping and safeguarding the architecture for a standardized Policy Requirements Process, including Adherence Data Platform and Nexa Insights and Actions, with an accent on end-to-end STP, automation, and data-driven insights. Location: Hybrid in Utrecht (NL). Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. Unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.

Salary: €5,876 - €8,395 (scale 10) gross monthly for 36-hour week

What you will do

• Design and evolve end-to-end architecture for Policy Requirements Process, STP, Adherence Data Platform, and Nexa Insights and Actions.
• Own architectural coherence, reusability, scalability, security, and auditability across adherence domains.
• Translate policy, regulatory, and control requirements into scalable STP-enabled designs.
• Co-lead squad with Product Owner and Tech Lead, guiding teams on standardization and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in adherence, risk, legal, and engineering to align on unified processes.
• Communicate architectural vision, roadmaps, and trade-offs to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience including solution architecture or business-IT alignment in complex/regulated environments.
• Proven experience designing/standardizing end-to-end processes, preferably in risk, compliance, or controls.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and automation for Straight Through Processing.
• Experience with API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure integration and data services (API Management, Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, Data Lake, Synapse/Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI).
• Understanding of front-end architecture and Azure security/compliance-by-design.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
