Virtual Workforce Solution Architect

TL;DR

Virtual Workforce Solution Architect (Hyperautomation): Design end-to-end hyperautomation solutions for automating financial processes using Generative AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and low-code technologies with an accent on stable, reusable, scalable solution designs following best practices. Focus on interpreting business needs, translating them into technical designs, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting implementation and testing.

Location: Moermanskkade 421, Amsterdam, Netherlands (onsite, full-time)

What you will do

• Interpret business needs of finance stakeholders, validate business cases, and translate them into Hyperautomation projects.
• Create and maintain solution documentation including Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders during design to capture complete processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and validation.
• Participate in sprint planning with the development team.
• Share best practices and experiences to identify trends and new project opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud); UiPath is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position, preferably in an international corporate environment.
• Experience developing or implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, high work quality standards, good interpersonal skills, team player.
• Proven communication and documentation skills in English.
