What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and optimize AI-driven production systems to ensure reliability and performance within defined SLAs.
• Implement automation, tooling, and runbooks for deployment, change management, and incident response.
• Collaborate with software engineers and ML teams to support model-serving infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Improve the robustness and observability of AI services using system design and data modeling principles.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with necessary controls, monitoring, and security guardrails.
• Utilize metrics and logs to reduce toil and enhance the scalability of AI operations.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience operating production platforms, including on-call and incident handling.
• Strong background in DevOps, SRE, or Automation-focused Operations.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Proficiency in Python and strong AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Practical exposure to production AI-driven systems or model-serving platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience operating AI/ML workloads at scale, including versioning and rollout strategies.
• Ability to design robust operational architectures for AI services, including capacity planning.
• Track record of driving operational excellence via post-incident reviews.
• Experience influencing system design and APIs for better operability of AI-powered features.
