What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee product lifecycle from conception through launch and continuous delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to meet business needs.
• Maintain deep market understanding in cryptocurrency, payments, and financial infrastructure.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and allocate resources for on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong background in FinTech, trading systems, blockchain, or financial markets.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and communicate to executives.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex ideas into actionable tasks.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL queries.
• Experience with testing/integrating APIs.

Nice to have

• Expertise in trading systems, tokenization, payments.
• Experience at banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service businesses.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
