What you will do

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for the trading product stack.
• Prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Manage the full product life cycle from conception through launch to ensure continuous delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the digital asset market.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Establish and track key performance metrics and implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically building trading products.
• Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, and trade matching engines.
• Ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill complex ideas into actionable tasks.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience testing/integrating with APIs.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience building trading APIs (REST/WebSocket, FIX, gRPC, webhooks), order routing, and market data systems.
• Background in crypto trading, cross-border settlement, or treasury management.
• Experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
