What you will do

• Contribute to the design and development of software within an event-driven microservices architecture.
• Develop and scale microservices using Golang.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to deploy and set up new services.
• Troubleshoot and respond to production issues and system alerts.
• Communicate directly with client technical teams to resolve integration issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in the FinTech space.
• Deep proficiency with Golang and SQL database schema design.
• Solid understanding of market structure, order types (Limit, Market, Stop, etc.), and the trade lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience developing high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Banking-as-a-Service, brokerage, or payment-as-a-service industries.
• Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Experience with distributed systems design and messaging frameworks such as Kafka, ZeroMQ, or NATS.
