What you will do

• Structure and design webpages to support vital business functions
• Build UI enhancements and optimize web pages for speed and scalability
• Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Maintain brand consistency across designs
• Inspire product excellence as a thought leader and mentor

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in fintech
• Professional experience in JavaScript
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with backend programming in Go
• Solid understanding of key design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Humble, scrappy mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and independent problem-solving

Nice to have

• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent
• Experience at banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service businesses
• Experience with digital assets
