What you will do
- Lead the overall sales strategy for trading solutions, targeting enterprise-level clients across brokerage, TradFi, and fintech industries.
- Engage with C-suite executives to sell trading and tokenization platforms and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align client needs with product development.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, complex negotiations, and contract closure.
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain platforms, and exchanges.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing sales team while establishing KPIs to optimize the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, or capital markets, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a successful brokerage or trading business.
- Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; CFA or Master's degree is a plus.
