HSE Team Leader (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead development and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 45001 & 14001.
• Ensure full compliance with ADOSH and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HSE compliance for hazardous operations, including chemical storage and permit-to-work systems.
• Lead hazard identification (HIRA), risk assessments, and root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.
• Plan and execute internal/external HSE audits and liaise with regulatory certification bodies.
• Deliver HSE training programs and mentor the HSE team to drive a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, including 5+ years in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ADOSH and UAE HSE regulations.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent).
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• ADOSH Practitioner Certification (Grade A or above).

Nice to have

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Prior experience specifically in aerospace or defence environments.
