Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute Amazon affiliate strategies to drive growth against KPIs.
• Serve as primary affiliate contact for brand teams, providing performance updates and optimizations.
• Collaborate with brand strategy and performance teams to align on goals and campaigns.
• Analyze results, own reporting and forecasting, and test performance tactics.
• Lead onboarding of new brands and align affiliate partners with brand objectives.
• Work with tech and marketing teams to enhance reporting and educate on best practices.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Amazon Associates and Amazon Influencer ecosystem
• Proven ability to lead affiliate programs with measurable revenue impact
• Strong analytical skills and experience with affiliate platforms
• Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills
