TL;DR
Revenue Accountant (iGaming): Managing customer invoicing, receivables, payment allocation, collections, and revenue accounting processes with an accent on billing accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Focus on resolving billing disputes, monitoring overdue balances, preparing audit evidence, and collaborating with Commercial, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams.

What you will do
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Post and allocate customer payments, investigate unidentified receipts, and maintain accurate account records.
- Monitor receivables aging, follow up on overdue balances, document collection activity, and escalate disputes or payment risks.
- Manage customer and internal billing queries through the shared mailbox through resolution.
- Support month-end close through reconciliations, cut-off checks, account analysis, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams and prepare evidence for audits.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping or accounting qualification with relevant experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or finance operations.
- Business-level written and spoken English required.
- Hands-on experience with financial accounting systems, including invoices, receipts, reconciliations, and customer account activity.
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage changing deadlines and competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with strong teamwork, judgment, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Business One or a comparable system.
- Experience in B2B billing and collections within a multinational, multi-entity, or multi-currency environment.
- Exposure to gaming, technology, or another fast-paced regulated sector.
