What you will do

• Process customer payments from bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and issue a high volume of invoices and statements to customers on time.
• Contribute to month-end closing processes and prepare data for external auditors.
• Manage customer queries via email and resolve billing or payment issues across departments.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
• Identify and suggest efficiency improvements for financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping qualifications with recent, relevant experience.
• English: Business level proficiency (written and spoken).
• Solid experience with financial systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and meet changing deadlines.
• Proactive, can-do mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with SAP Business One.
