What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems from concept to deployment.
• Develop efficient and reliable backend services primarily using Java and Spring.
• Optimize application performance and ensure service reliability in a cloud-native environment.
• Design and maintain complex relational and non-relational databases, focusing on data integrity and query efficiency.
• Manage and implement multi-system integrations with high levels of technical interdependency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in back-end software development.
• Advanced, deep-seated experience with Java and Spring development.
• Proven experience with queue infrastructure (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including complex query optimization and schema design.
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture.
• Adaptability and proficiency in using AI tools and concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
• Experience working on on-prem products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
