What you will do

• Design and implement self-contained software engineering tasks as RL environments.
• Build and refine automated grading infrastructure to ensure rigorous evaluation.
• Run frontier AI models against tasks and analyze failures to iterate on design.
• Direct coding agents and evaluate their outputs to identify subtle capability gaps.
• Own the full lifecycle of tasks from conceptualization to final implementation.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or about to graduate.
• Proficiency in Python.
