Position: Junior Account Manager (Payments)
Company: Talentgrator Recruitment Agency
Since 2012, our client has been developing a scalable SaaS platform and digital products, specializing in turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators.
What you’ll do:
• Support merchant onboarding and activation
• Coordinate communication with providers during integration
• Monitor contract signing and connection statuses
• Process client requests and track tickets
• Maintain documentation and internal systems
Requirements:
• 6–12 months of experience in client support / account management
• Basic understanding of payment infrastructure
• Excel / Google Sheets, Jira / Confluence
• Russian (native), English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills
Unfortunately, we are not considering candidates located in Russia and Belarus
