Senior Gameplay Designer (Unreal Engine 5): Designing and documenting innovative systems and features for a new story-driven RPG IP (Project Hadar) with an accent on gameplay mechanics, combat systems, and prototyping. Location: Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required. Working mode is Office-First (Full-time or Hybrid).

Salary: 20,100 – 31,790 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Propose and document innovative designs for systems and features aligned with the game direction.
• Iterate and improve existing system documentation to refine gameplay loops.
• Prototype and script features using Unreal Engine 5.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement gameplay and combat systems.
• Take full ownership of specific game features and systems from concept to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar gameplay design role.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering gameplay processes and mechanics.
• Experience with prototyping and implementation within Unreal Engine 5.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Must be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
