What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to design viable technical solutions and drive complex commercial pursuits.
• Establish the vision and direction for data practices, aligning them with overall business strategy.
• Consult on complex data platform programs, providing client-facing technical leadership as a subject matter expert.
• Design and develop intricate data processing pipelines and scalable implementations for data science models.
• Implement strategies for data governance, security, and privacy to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Represent the company at various online and offline industry forums, events, and conferences.

Requirements

• Extensive pre-sales experience and a proven ability to independently drive complex pursuits and create commercial proposals.
• Native-level German speaker (C1) required for managing expectations with senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise data strategy, system design, and end-to-end implementation of large-scale technical solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Big Data architectures, distributed systems, and modern cloud warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and writing clean, iterative code based on TDD.
• Experience designing streaming solutions and implementing MLOps and data science concepts.
