Responsibilities:
– Execute the full visual pipeline: 3D scene creation, lighting, and assembly
– Create cinematic camera movements and high-end 2D/3D motion graphics
– Achieve the "50% Fern" quality standard (prioritizing narrative speed)
– Sync visuals to audio and deliver one 20–30 minute documentary every 2 weeks
– Collaborate directly with the producer on scripts and creative direction

Requirements:
– Mastery of 3D assembly and animation (Blender v5.1.0 strongly preferred)
– Ability to match technical benchmarks: (Refer to ‘Reference Scenes’)
– Extreme determination, honesty, and a "thick skin" for rapid experimentation
– 100% exclusive focus (no side gigs or other freelance projects allowed)
