What you will do

• Govern Quality and Compliance product requirements to ensure all products meet internal and external standards.
• Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design to define detailed product specifications and inspection plans.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on new product introductions to mitigate design and manufacturing risks.
• Manage third-party relationships to execute and maintain a comprehensive global testing and inspection program.
• Monitor compliance regulations and customer feedback to update test protocols on a regular cadence.
• Ensure full category coverage by maintaining active product specifications and inspection plans for all items.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance including testing and compliance specifically for apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories.
• Proven experience building or managing category-level quality specifications from concept to launch.
• Proficiency in conducting Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to mitigate risk.
• Expertise in ASTM, AATCC, and vendor-facing testing protocols.
• Experience managing third-party relationships for global testing and inspection programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret test results to make business-critical decisions.
